\u4ec0\u4e48\u662fPSD2 SCA?<\/strong><br>PSD2\uff08Payment Service Directive 2\uff09\u662f\u6b27\u76df\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52a1\u4fee\u8ba2\u6cd5\u6848\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7248\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u6b27\u76df\uff08EU\uff09\u548c\u6b27\u6d32\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\uff08EEA\uff09\u4e2d\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u4e8e2019\u5e749\u670814\u65e5\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5f3a\u5316\u5bf9\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7ebf\u4e0a\u6d88\u8d39\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCA\uff08Strong Customer Authentication\uff09\u662f\u5f3a\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u964d\u4f4e\u6b3a\u8bc8\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u66f4\u52a0\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u7ebf\u4e0a\u652f\u4ed8\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>02 PSD2\u8ddf\u5546\u6237\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u76f4\u63a5\u5173\u7cfb\uff1f<\/strong><br>\u25b2 PSD2\u5bf9\u5411\u6b27\u76df\u8d2d\u7269\u8005\u51fa\u552e\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u975e\u6b27\u76df\u5546\u6237\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u7684PSD2\u6807\u51c6<br>\u25b2 \u5f3a\u5236\u5b9e\u884c\u7ebf\u4e0a\u4ed8\u6b3e\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u4ea4\u6613\u5931\u8d25\u7387\u589e\u52a0<br>\u25b2 SCA\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u672a\u80fd\u6b63\u786e\u5b9e\u65bdSCA\u7684\u5546\u6237\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9762\u4e34\u5904\u7f5a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>03 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>04 \u5982\u4f55\u80fd\u7b26\u5408PSD2 SCA\u51c6\u5219\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.EEA\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u53d1\u8d77\u7535\u5b50\u652f\u4ed8\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5361\u4ea4\u6613\uff09\u65f6\uff0c\u5728\u6388\u6743\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u79cd\u8eab\u4efd\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e2d\u7684\u81f3\u5c11\u4e24\u79cd\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n<div \u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5f81\uff08\u4f8b\u5982fingerprint\u7b49\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u73b0\u9636\u6bb5\u4f7f\u75283D Secure 1.0\uff083DS1\uff09\u6216\u80053D Secure 2.0\uff083DS2\uff09\u529f\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3SCA\u51c6\u5219\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>05 \u6b27\u6d32\u5404\u56fd\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u60c5\u51b5<\/strong><br>\u76ee\u524d\u6b27\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u5df2\u9646\u7eed\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u6267\u884c\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\u6839\u636eOceanpayment\u94b1\u6d77\u7cfb\u7edf\u76d1\u6d4b\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0cPSD2 SCA\u4e3b\u8981\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9e\u65bd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0d\u4e00\uff0c\u50cf\u8377\u5170\u3001\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u3001\u7f57\u9a6c\u5c3c\u4e9a\u7b49\u56fd\u5bb63\u6708\u81f35\u6708\u7684SCA\u6267\u884c\u529b\u5ea6\u5448\u589e\u5f3a\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
