\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u653e\u773c\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u5404\u56fd\u90fd\u5728\u6301\u7eed\u4f18\u5316\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u653f\u7b56\u73af\u5883\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u6b27\u6d32\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\u6218\u7565\u8ba1\u5212\uff082020-2024\uff09\u300b\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4ece\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u3001\u884c\u52a8\u6027\u548c\u534f\u8c03\u6027\u4e09\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u7ee7\u7eed\u52a0\u5f3a\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\u4e2a\u4eba\u9690\u79c1\u6743\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u53d1\u5e03\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u6570\u636e\u6218\u7565\u4e0e2020\u5e74\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u300b\uff0c\u786e\u7acb\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u6570\u636e\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3001\u786e\u4fdd\u6d41\u901a\u6570\u636e\u771f\u5b9e\u6027\u3001\u6570\u636e\u5b58\u50a8\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7b49\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd8\u6709\u5f3a\u5316\u6570\u636e\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u4fdd\u62a4\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u7acb\u6cd5\u3002\u963f\u8054\u914b\u548c\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u5206\u522b\u51fa\u53f0\u300a\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u300b\u548c\u300a2020\u5e74\u9690\u79c1\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u5bf9\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u9690\u79c1\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u89c4\u5236\u5efa\u8bbe\uff1b\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5206\u522b\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u5bf9\u672c\u56fd\u300a\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff08\u6570\u636e\uff09\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u300b\u7684\u4fee\u8ba2\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u4e86\u4e2a\u4eba\u6570\u636e\u6743\u5229\u53ca\u5916\u90e8\u4f7f\u7528\u9650\u5236\uff1b\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u51fa\u53f0\u7684\u300a\u6570\u5b57\u5baa\u7ae0\u5b9e\u65bd\u6cd5\u68482020\u300b\uff0c\u5219\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\u6307\u5357\u9646\u7eed\u51fa\u53f0\u3002\u4ece\u6b27\u76df\u53d1\u5e03\u300a\u4e3a\u4fdd\u6301\u6b27\u76df\u4e2a\u4eba\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u7ea7\u522b\u800c\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u6570\u636e\u8de8\u5883\u8f6c\u79fb\u5de5\u5177\u8865\u5145\u63aa\u65bd\u300b\u770b\uff0c\u4e3a\u6570\u636e\u8de8\u5883\u6d41\u52a8\u4e2d\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u95ee\u9898\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6307\u5bfc\uff1b\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c40\u53d1\u5e03\u300a\u9ed8\u8ba4\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u6307\u5357\u300b\uff0c\u9610\u91ca\u4e86\u9ed8\u8ba4\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u539f\u5219\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3001\u5b9e\u65bd\u63aa\u65bd\u3001\u8bb0\u5f55\u548c\u5ba1\u8ba1\u8981\u6c42\u7b49\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u5b9e\u8df5\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u539f\u5219\u63d0\u4f9b\u5177\u4f53\u6307\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u57282021\u5e74\u300a\u653f\u5e9c\u5de5\u4f5c\u62a5\u544a\u300b\u4e2d\u4e5f\u591a\u6b21\u63d0\u53ca\u5230\u201c\u6570\u5b57\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u201c\u6570\u5b57\u4e2d\u56fd\u201d\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5efa\u8bbe\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u89c4\u5212\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u5168\u56fd\u4e24\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u4fdd\u62a4\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6210\u4e3a\u793e\u4f1a\u70ed\u8bae\u7684\u8bdd\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2021\u5e746\u670810\u65e5\uff0c\u7b2c\u5341\u4e09\u5c4a\u5168\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u4ee3\u8868\u5927\u4f1a\u5e38\u52a1\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5341\u4e5d\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u6b63\u5f0f\u901a\u8fc7\u5e76\u516c\u5e03\u300a\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u300b\uff08\u201c\u300a\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u300b\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u5c06\u4e8e2021\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u65bd\u884c\u3002<\/strong>\u968f\u7740\u4e2d\u56fd\u6570\u636e\u9886\u57df\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u6027\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u9886\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u51fa\u53f0\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u7684\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u76d1\u7ba1\u601d\u8def\u5c06\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6670\u548c\u5168\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u652f\u4ed8\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8bae\u9898\u3002\u6570\u5b57\u652f\u4ed8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6570\u5b57\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u6570\u5b57\u91d1\u878d\u7684\u63a5\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u7ebf\u4e0a\u4ea4\u6613\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4fe1\u4efb\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\u3002\u5047\u5982\u6ca1\u6709\u652f\u4ed8\u80cc\u540e\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u96be\u4ee5\u5efa\u7acb\u7a33\u56fa\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u7b49\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4ece\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u4e0a\u770b\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u56fd\u592e\u884c\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u79d1\u6280\uff08Fintech\uff09\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u5728\u63a2\u7d22\u66f4\u4fbf\u6377\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u6c47\u6b3e\u3001\u652f\u4ed8\u7ed3\u7b97\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/strong>\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u6570\u5b57\u65f6\u4ee3\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0d\u65ad\u6d8c\u73b0\uff0c\u5982\u5b9e\u65f6\u652f\u4ed8\uff08Real Time Payment\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0RTP\uff09\u3001\u6570\u5b57\u8d27\u5e01\uff08Digital Currency\uff09\u548c\u5f00\u653e\u94f6\u884c\uff08Open Banking\uff09\u7b49\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u521b\u65b0\u4e5f\u5c06\u63a8\u52a8\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u8de8\u5883\u5546\u8d38\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u652f\u4ed8\u66f4\u7b80\u5355\u548c\u8282\u594f\u52a0\u5feb\u4e5f\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u52a0\u5927\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u9690\u79c1\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u91d1\u878d\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u5145\u5206\u8003\u8651\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u98ce\u63a7\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u524d\u6d1e\u6089\u548c\u9632\u8303\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0cOceapayment\u94b1\u6d77\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u57fa\u4e8e\u652f\u4ed8\u5361\u4ea7\u4e1a\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\uff08PCI DSS\uff1aPayment Card Industry Data Security Standards\uff09\u73b0\u884c\u7248\u672c\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0cOceapayment\u94b1\u6d77\u65e9\u57282014\u5e74\u5c31\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86PCI DSS \u6700\u9ad8\u7ea7Level 1\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u5df2\u8fde\u7eed8\u5e74\u901a\u8fc7\u652f\u4ed8\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u5ba1\u6838\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/strong>\u516c\u53f8\u9ad8\u5c42\u5728\u5168\u7403\u6570\u5b57\u652f\u4ed8\u9886\u57df\u5747\u670910\u591a\u5e74\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u4e14\u62e5\u6709\u4e00\u652f\u4e13\u4e1a\u8fc7\u786c\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6280\u672f\u56e2\u961f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u524d\u6cbf\u7684\u6280\u672f\u786e\u4fdd\u652f\u4ed8\u73af\u8282\u7684\u6570\u636e\u5b89\u5168\u53ef\u9760\uff0c\u5728\u8ffd\u6c42\u5408\u6cd5\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ece\u672a\u505c\u6b62\u811a\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
