Act)\uff0c\u5728\u8be5\u65b9\u6848\u4e0b\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u91d1\u878d\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08MAS\uff09\u5c06\u9762\u5411\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u9881\u53d1\u4e09\u5927\u724c\u7167\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\u201c\u8d27\u5e01\u5151\u6362\uff08MC\uff09\u201d\u724c\u7167\u3001\u201c\u6807\u51c6\u652f\u4ed8\u201d\u724c\u7167\uff08SPI\uff09\u548c\u201c\u5927\u578b\u652f\u4ed8\u673a\u6784\u201d\u724c\u7167\uff08MPI\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\u201c\u5927\u578b\u652f\u4ed8\u673a\u6784\u201d\u724c\u7167\uff08MPI\uff09\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\u52a1\u89c4\u6a21\u66f4\u5927\uff0c\u724c\u7167\u5ba1\u6279\u8981\u6c42\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u76d1\u7ba1\u8303\u56f4\u4e5f\u66f4\u5e7f\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u83b7\u5f97\u201c\u5927\u578b\u652f\u4ed8\u673a\u6784\u201d\u724c\u7167\u6388\u6743\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5<strong>\u8868\u660eOceanpayment\u6ee1\u8db3MAS\u5bf9\u6280\u672f\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u5408\u89c4\u8fd0\u8425\u7b49\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u8868\u660eOceanpayment\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52a1\u80fd\u529b\u6b63\u5728\u8d62\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u56fd\u9645\u6743\u5a01\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u53ca\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div
