Joining our Operations team, you will gain

  • Market & Merchant Insight: Continuously track global cross-border e-commerce trends, regulations, and core merchant needs, providing forward-looking guidance for business decisions
  • Solution Design & Optimization: Lead the creation of end-to-end payment experiences and operational optimization initiatives, improving merchant activation, retention, and satisfaction
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and refine operational data monitoring systems to identify bottlenecks, develop optimization strategies, and enhance efficiency and conversion
  • Execution & Collaboration: Translate market insights and merchant feedback into actionable optimization initiatives, coordinating effectively with product and technology teams
  • Experience & Reputation Management: Systematically monitor merchant feedback, establish evaluation and improvement mechanisms, and continuously elevate the Oceanpayment service experience
