OP FX Rate

We use the exchange rate of the day that the transaction was occurred.
And we charge FX fee according to the transaction currency, which is:

a) 2.5% for EUR, JPY，GBP，etc

b) 4.5% for CAD, AUD, SGD, etc.

c) 7% for other transaction currencies

The foreign exchange rate we use comes from Refinitiv plus the markup.
